Dr. Bonds received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She completed residency training at the Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans and fellowship training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She was a full time faculty member at UTMB for 8 years, during which time she served as director of the Division of Allergy/Immunology in the Department of Internal Medicine for 5 years. She has published several journal articles and book chapters, and her research has been cited internationally. Dr. Bonds has been recognized as a Top Doctor for several years. In 2016 she decided to fulfill a childhood dream of having her own private practice clinic.
